The project was implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Family Care and Demography during 2 months, September and October 2022. On October 17, 2022, 3 workshops were held as part of the project activities: “Development of a business idea through a business plan”, “Marketing plan” and “Basics of Digital Marketing and Digital Campaigns.” 10 project participants from Sremski Karlovac took part.
Project participants now have concrete knowledge of how to start their own business, i.e. how to improve their existing business through more effective communication with clients/customers, know how to influence the reduction of business costs and now have a greater capacity to connect better and more efficiently with different markets / partners/customers. Also, they have the knowledge to start “online businesses” and better understand how to use social networks to support their business and how to better use the potential of social networks in a rural-oriented environment. An additional element in the achievement of the project goals is the opportunity for cooperation among the project participants after they met, exchanged contacts and found common topics and fields for cooperation, as well as the established contact with the lecturer and the opportunity to consult in the further course of their activities.
At the end of the workshops, the participants assessed the success of the workshops and continued their work in an informal atmosphere, with catering.
