About us

The Danube 1245 was founded by the citizens of Sremski Karlovci on 10th October 2015. The Board of Managers runs the Association and works in line with the strategic orientation.

Citizens as Association members invest their time, skills and knowledge in activities towards the achievement of agreed goals.

The Association’s goal is to increase the capacity of its members to actively participate at local and regional level. It plans its activities in accordance with the Strategic Plan and Research and does so in a transparent manner. We take advantage of national and international collaboration and networking. 

DUNAV 1245 is a member of the European Association for Local Democracy “ALDA” as well as a member of the Partnership for Rural Development “Sremski Karlovci – Kovilj”.
