The annual regular assembly session was held in the premises of the Dunav 1245 association.
The President of the Assembly, Radovan Ilić, chaired the session, greeted the attendees, stated that 17
members out of a total of 25 members are attending the Assembly, and that we have a quorum for
work, he also greeted Mrs. Marija Prokopić from RRA Bačka, who attended the session. He noted that
this is a regular assembly and that the materials were considered by the Board of Directors at its
meeting and proposed to the assembly for adoption.
The President of the Management Board, Rajko Marinković, submitted a report on the work of the
Association for the year 2024. In his presentation, he referred to ten years of the association's total
work, reminded how it all began and what challenges and good moments we went through, he used the
website www.dunav1245.org because all the association's activities were presented on it. It was an
opportunity for those present to recall the activities that were carried out during this and previous
years.
Through the presentation, the Financial Report on the Association's work in 2024 was submitted. Those
present were informed about the sources of income as well as the realized expenses during the year.
The income statement and balance sheet for the year 2024 can be found on the official website of APR
and was prepared by the accounting agency CID from Sremski Karlovac.
After that, the Association's Work Plan in 2024 was submitted through a presentation. For calls on the
CERV, Erasmus + and Horizon-CSA programs, our organization, according to EACEA reports, was
registered in 41 project proposals, which speaks of our activity this year. We created a table of
registered projects in order to more easily follow the results of their evaluations. The table was shown
to those present. In particular, the presentation shows projects that have already been approved, and it
is only a matter of time before we get the contracts to be signed and start implementing them. Each
project was presented separately.
The Financial Plan of the Association's work in 2025 was presented. The plan follows the association's
work plan for 2025 and its implementation. In the presentation, planned revenues, planned
expenditures and the transfer of funds for the following year were given. The incomes that have already
happened up to this year, as well as the sources of income, are listed individually. Planned expenditures
are also listed, especially for project implementation, office and business.
The President of the Assembly thanked all those present and invited them to the ceremonial part of the
celebration of ten years of work of the Association. Catering by the Veselinović Agricultural Company
and birthday cakes were served to those present.
